Can pellets heat a hot tub?

Yes, pellets can provide heat. Rowkai is being designed around pellet-assisted heating, not a manual wood firebox.

Can it run on electricity alone?

The target is electric temperature holding. Final electric-only behavior and recovery time will be published after validation.

What happens if pellets run out?

The intended design keeps electric heat available, but heating speed and final behavior depend on production sizing.

Is this the same as a wood-fired hot tub?

No. Wood-fired tubs usually require logs and active fire tending. Rowkai is targeting pellet-assisted heat with electric temperature control.

Will it save money?

That depends on local electric rates, pellet cost, climate, insulation, and usage. Rowkai will publish real operating targets after testing.

When can I order?

Rowkai has not announced an order date. Founder reservations are open to track demand before final specs and timing are released.
